Services and Assistance
Assistance is mainly provided by official distributors who collaborate with the head office in order to find the best solutions to any problem.
The contract stipulates that the basic guarantee provided by RSWOOD - CMC lasts 12 months, as agreed by the Italian Woodworking Machinery & Tools Manufacturers Association (Acimall), an association of which the Company is member for more than twenty years.
It is possible to obtain an Extended Guarantee if previously arranged. RSWOOD - CMC guarantees the assistance of its machinery through its own network of distributors, and intervenes directly when necessary.
The spare parts Office Supplies the orders in a term of 3 working days.
